Breakfast 1 (4 times):
2 pkgs Grits or Oatmeal apiece
Brown sugar for Oatmeal
8 oz box of milk twice. Good on oatmeal and in cocoa.
1 pkg Cocoa mix apiece
1 qt Gatorade mix
Breakfast 2 (2 times):
1 pkg Hungry Jack Pancake mix (about right for 2)
1/4 Brown sugar for syrup
1 pkg pre-cooked Bacon once. 12 slices was a lot, but we ate it.

Lunch 1 (3 times):
1 Pita bread apiece
1 6 oz pkg Tuna
5 pkgs Mayo
2 Granola bars apiece
Lunch 2 (3 times):

1 squeeze tube Jelly
2 Granola bars apiece
Supper 1
Spaghetti Noodles
1 8 oz. Spaghetti Sauce Mix in pouch
½ lb Hamburger - frozen before we left
1 qt Gatorade Mix

Mt House Beef Stew. Good, not as good as the Stroganoff.

Steak dinner at the lodge
Brought home 2 Mt House dinners: Stroganoff, and Seafood Chowder, thanks to fishermen.
Desserts:
4 Mt House Freeze dried ice cream sandwiches. Hmmm.
Backpackers Pantry Dark Chocolate Cheesecake. Hmmmm.
Brought home 3 puddings in ziplocks with powdered milk.
Other:
Salt & Pepper.
Bring lemon next time, even if not fishing.
1 lb M&Ms. Didn’t finish till on the boat home. This was our “trail mix”.
1 pkg Jerky. Laura ate a little, John couldn’t due to teeth.
1 pkg Cranraisins. Didn’t eat.
